We are K, Ray and The Bird, probably the biggest band to herald from Goodwood..........that's Cape Town, South Africa. At the beginning of this year, we completed the recording of our first studio album - "Waiting for Harmony" and on the 24th April 2009 we released this CD to the world to a capacity crowd at Theatre@Elkanah in Table View. Our Sound? Well we call it Eclectic Folk Rock. and I guess we have a similar sound to The Beatles, Simon&Garfunkel, The Mamas and the Papas and Crowded House. That description only serves to paint a picture of our sound. We don't actually sound like one of those bands.
